Hello and welcome to www.forever-flawless.co.uk. My name is Charlotte, I am a fully qualified Professional Freelance Makeup Artist based in Knightsbridge, central London with over 8 years of trade experience.
My initial training begun at the London College of Fashion, I then furthered my skills by training and working with Chanel and Dior where I excelled and worked for three years as Dior's regional London Makeup Artist. I have an extensive knowledge and wealth of experience within the world of Makeup, which has therefore enabled me to become a successful freelance makeup artist.
My passion is Makeup and the beauty of finalising someones overall look by being able to transform or complete their final style. I am always trying new things and expanding my range of forever-flawless looks.
Forever-Flawless can offer you a wide range of fashionable, classic and contemporary looks in the comfort of your own surroundings/studio. I have travelled the world in my career and have enjoyed every moment. Understanding the depth of applying make up is an ability I have learnt and experimented with over the years. Every face is a new canvas.
Brushes and products can be extremely expensive, I offer my full services including use of my extensive brush collection and wide range of products from various collections around the world...Chanel, Dior, Mac, Shiseido,Estee Lauder, Nars, Armani, Make up forever, Bobbi Brown, to name just a few.
I offer my services to all areas including....Bridal, Photographic, Television and Film, Catwalk, Fashion, Parties and Proms.
Makeup to me is an art form and an understanding of every individuals face, my work is a piece of art and the best part of this job is the satisfaction of seeing my clients reaction when the look has been completed.
More About Me.........
I am 28 years old, I qualified from the London College Of Fashion at the age of nineteen where I studied and completed a Btec National Diploma in Fashion Make Up.
My next stage of progression was to work at Chanel where I trained in their makeup studio's in Old Bond Street and taught and sold make up throughout their leading National stores, at the age of 22 I was head hunted by the Area Manager of Christian Dior, I worked and trained closely in the Head offices of Marble Arch House, Seymour Street London.
Dior is where I was really able to excel and be creative, with inspiration from John Galliano as the creative director, I took part in all events and launches with Dior, From their True Velvet lipstick range and also the Dior Skin foundation range. Working with Dior I would travel to all their flagship stores in and around Central London where I would demonstrate new looks and products, and also lead and participate in store makeovers.
I furthered my career with Dior working on there trunk shows, where new lines and looks would be showcased by models during London Fashion week. I have worked on high profile clients, actresses and models whilst working with Dior.
After nearing five of the most wonderful years, full of experience where I met some of the most influential people in this industry, I decided to leave Dior to set up my own freelance business, now in my second year of going at it alone I have built a wide range of clients and accounts, from Bridal Makeups to creating the look for tv presenters, working on television shows and travelling world wide to create looks for social events.
I love my work and would not change it for the world, everyday is a new day, and a new face. No day is ever the same, I meet clients from all walks of life and change the way people see themselves, it is educating and rewarding. From giving a teenager a make up lesson and being able to educate her how to apply make up properly or working on a high end fashion campaign or catwalk show. This is the real reason I do this job.
